Job Summary Blue Light Behavioral Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in DeQuincy, Louisiana. We are a locally owned ABA clinic focused on providing individualized, meaningful services to children with autism while creating a positive and supportive environment for both our clients and our staff. We are looking for a BCBA who values quality over quantity, enjoys collaborating with technicians and families, and wants to be part of a close-knit clinical team. Duties Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans Conducting assessments and reassessments as needed Providing ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians/RBTs Monitoring client progress and making data-based treatment decisions Providing caregiver training and support Conducting protocol modification and direct observation of treatment Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals when appropriate Ensuring clinical documentation is accurate and completed within required timelines Maintaining ethical and professional standards in accordance with BACB and state requirements Requirements Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Current Louisiana Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure Proven experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorders Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities in various environments including clinic, schools and homes Knowledge of HIPAA compliance for safeguarding patient information At Blue Light, we want our BCBAs to have the time and support necessary to provide excellent clinical care, not simply manage an overwhelming caseload. $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
