Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current and valid BCBA certification is required Previous experience working in a school or educational setting preferred Proficiency in assessing student needs and implementing behavior intervention plans Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families Ability to manage an elementary caseload and adapt to a dynamic educational environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect data to inform support strategies Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to elementary students Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to support positive student outcomes Provide professional development and training for school teams on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Track student progress and regularly adjust interventions based on ongoing data and team feedback Offer guidance to paraprofessional staff and consult regularly with families to ensure consistency between school and home Enjoy the chance to work closely with educators and families as you help students reach their fullest potential in an inclusive learning atmosphere.
