Come join our team!! Brennan Behavior Group has immediate full-time opportunities for ABA Line Technicians to join our behavioral intervention team! As an ABA Line Technician, you'll have an opportunity to gain valuable experience while providing meaningful ABA therapy to special needs children. Our therapists receive on-site training and are provided ongoing supervisor support as they are taught to be active problem-solvers and leaders. Although this is an entry level position there is room for advancement at Brennan Behavior Group. The job offers a rewarding experience for both the therapist and the child!

Qualifications:

Must have completed or be working towards a bachelor's degree. Please note in your application whether you have or are currently registered as a Registered Line Technician with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board (not required) Previous experience with autism/ABA is helpful but not necessary. Extensive training is provided to all employees upon hiring and throughout employment. Strong verbal communication skills (speaking & listening) Strong interpersonal skills High energy and enthusiasm Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and get up and down off of the floor easily. Change diapers/aid with toileting needs. Actively engage in interactive games/activities with clients to support their functional goals. Effectively and readily implement interventions to prevent, reduce, and/or deescalate challenging behaviors. No past criminal history Reliable transportation & proof of auto insurance A genuine passion for working with children with special needs
