Behavior Technican / Registered Line Technician (RLT) Make a Difference. Build Your Future. Do you want a career where your work has a lasting impact? Cusps and Capabilities is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Registered Line Technicians (RLTs). As an RLT, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them build meaningful skills, develop greater independence, strengthen communication, and achieve their individual goals through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. What You'll Do Deliver individualized ABA services in clinic, home, school, and community settings. Implement Behavior Treatment Plans under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Create engaging learning opportunities through play, interactive activities, and positive teaching strategies. Collect accurate and timely data during therapy sessions. Communicate effectively with BCBAs, caregivers, coworkers, and other members of the client's support team. Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills based on their individual treatment goals. Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized support while celebrating each client's progress. Can think critically, adapt to changing situations, and remain professional. Is dependable and committed to providing ethical, high-quality care. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or a related field preferred. Previous experience working with children is preferred, but not required. ABA experience is a plus; comprehensive paid training is provided. Must successfully complete a background check. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
