Registered Line Technician (RLT) Build a Career That Changes Lives If you're passionate about working with children and want a career where your work truly matters, Cusps and Capabilities is looking for caring and motivated individuals to join our team as Registered Line Technicians (RLTs). As an RLT, you'll provide one-on-one support to children with autism, helping them develop important life skills, increase independence, and reach meaningful milestones through evidence-based therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized ABA therapy to clients in the home, clinic, school, and community environments. Follow Behavior Treatment Plans designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Use fun, interactive, and play-based teaching methods to encourage learning, communication, and positive behavior. Accurately collect session data and maintain effective communication with supervisors, caregivers, and fellow team members. Encourage growth in communication, social interaction, daily living skills, and behavior while supporting each client's unique goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or a related field preferred. Experience working with children is preferred but not required. Previous experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is beneficial; comprehensive paid training is provided.
