In this role, you will support the implementation of evidence-based behavioral interventions for children and individuals with developmental and neurodevelopmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress in clients' communication, social, and daily living skills. Responsibilities Assist in conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on client needs and data collection. Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols under the supervision of a BCBA or licensed psychologist. Collect, record, and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Support patient care by providing behavioral interventions tailored to each client's goals and abilities. Conduct behavioral developmental assessments and participate in diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism or other neurodevelopmental disorders. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans and progress updates. Skills Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, including ABA principles and interventions for individuals with disabilities. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder. Proficiency in data collection methods, medical terminology, and maintaining detailed medical records. Ability to perform behavioral health assessments, intake procedures, and behavioral developmental evaluations. Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, medical documentation standards, and working within clinical supervision frameworks.
