WBS Registered Line Technician (RLT) Job Description Position Summary A Registered Line Technician (RLT) with Wonder Behavioral Services provides one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RLT implements individualized treatment plans, collects accurate data, promotes skill acquisition, and supports clients in reaching meaningful goals across home, daycare, school, and community settings. Training & Support Wonder Behavioral Services provides training and ongoing support to help employees develop the skills needed to provide effective ABA services. New RLTs will receive training on ABA principles, client-specific treatment plans, data collection procedures, documentation requirements, safety procedures, and company policies prior to providing services independently. Employees will receive ongoing supervision, feedback, and professional development opportunities under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Essential Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans as developed by the supervising BCBA. Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in home, daycare, school, and community settings. Teach communication, social, play, daily living, adaptive, and behavioral regulation skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. Collect accurate and timely data during each therapy session. Follow behavior intervention plans and safety procedures as written by BCBA. Maintain professionalism and build positive rapport with clients, families, caregivers, school/daycare staff, and other professionals. Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions. Communicate client progress, concerns, and significant events to the supervising BCBA. Attend required supervision meetings, training, and staff meetings. Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies. Complete session notes and required documentation by established deadlines. Maintain therapy materials and company equipment in good condition and promptly report any damaged, or malfunctioning items to the supervising BCBA or designated supervisor. Follow all company policies, ethical guidelines, and state regulations.

Qualifications Required:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Bachelor's degree OR 1+ year of related experience. Ability to obtain Registered Line Technician (RLT) status prior to providing direct ABA services. Wonder Behavioral Services will provide assistance with the registration process. Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance. Ability to pass required criminal background checks. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred:

Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences. Experience providing ABA services. Registered Behavior Technician Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, child development, social work, or a related field. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow written treatment plans and clinical direction. Strong organizational and time management skills. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Frequently sit, stand, walk, kneel, bend, squat, and move throughout therapy sessions. Lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds when necessary. Engage in active play with children on the floor or playground. Respond quickly to ensure client safety. Utilize fine motor skills for data collection and documentation. Willingness to accept feedback, continuously develop professionally, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Work Environment Services are primarily provided in clients' schools, daycares, homes, and community settings. Employees may travel between client locations throughout the workday. Supervision The Registered Line Technician works under the clinical supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and receives ongoing supervision in accordance with applicable payer, state, and certification requirements. $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
