Technicians serve under the supervision and direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to implement treatment protocols that aim to improve the lives of kids who have been diagnosed with Autism. Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality, intensive 1:1 ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA
• Communicate effectively with clients/caregivers, coworkers, and supervisors
• Collect data and complete daily session notes on client's progress

Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or GED (Bachelors degree preferred)
• Pass a national background check
• 18 years or older
• Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
• Maintain regular attendance, client confidentiality, punctuality and professionalism
