Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make an impact supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming academic year in the New Orleans area. Qualifications:

Current, active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Holds Louisiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential School-based BCBA experience is highly preferred Able to pass mandatory district drug screening and fingerprint background checks Comfortable navigating varying caseloads and school assignments (to be determined based on district needs)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students across assigned schools and age groups Provide direct support, consultation, and professional development to staff and teachers in implementing best-practice techniques Monitor, analyze, and report data for ongoing student progress or plan modifications Collaborate closely with special education teams, administrators, and family members to foster comprehensive support plans Maintain all required documentation and respond promptly to data/record requests in compliance with district guidelines

Details:
