Our dedicated team is committed to supporting children with developmental disabilities through evidence-based interventions. Overview We are seeking energetic and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Registered Line Therapists (RLTs) to join our dynamic ABA therapy team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality behavioral interventions tailored to children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. This is a paid position designed to foster growth, learning, and positive outcomes for the children we serve. Duties Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans under supervision, focusing on skill development and behavior reduction. Collect accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions to inform ongoing treatment planning. Assist in conducting behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs. Support patient care by maintaining a safe, engaging, and supportive environment during therapy sessions. Utilize positive behavior support strategies to promote adaptive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors. Complete detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, behavior logs, and treatment records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in intake processes by gathering relevant client history and assisting with initial assessments. Experience Prior experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly preferred. Knowledge of behavioral health principles, including behavioral therapy techniques and positive behavior support strategies. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards related to patient care. Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings is advantageous. Strong understanding of data collection methods used in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Ability to perform behavioral assessments and implement individualized intervention plans effectively. Commitment to patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
