Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make an immediate impact on student success as one of three Registered Behavior Technicians supporting PreK through Grade 12 learners. This contract opportunity near Pineville, LA, is ideal for professionals passionate about creating positive change in school settings. You'll work alongside a supportive school staff, providing essential behavioral interventions that help students reach their fullest potential.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, especially within educational environments Ability to collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and families Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach Compassionate, patient, and committed to fostering student growth
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors Assist with classroom management and support teacher-requested strategies Communicate and coordinate with students, families, and school staff to reinforce positive behaviors Adapt behavioral support methods to serve a diverse PreK-12 student population Contribute to a safe, encouraging, and productive learning environment Benefits of this
