Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract This contract position offers an opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide specialized behavioral support in a school setting located in Thibodaux, LA. The focus is on delivering hands-on behavioral interventions both in 1:1 sessions and classroom environments, with particular emphasis on early childhood populations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA Deliver 1:1 behavioral support and assist in classroom-based interventions Monitor and document student progress and behavior data accurately Collaborate with educators and therapists to support student development Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for children

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Experience working with early childhood populations preferred Skilled in providing 1:1 and group-based behavioral support Strong communication and data collection abilities Ability to work effectively within a school team and follow clinical guidelines
