Make a Lasting Difference in a Child's Life Bright Start After School is seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable Inclusion Aide to support elementary-aged children with autism and other social, emotional, and sensory needs in our licensed after-school program. This is a meaningful role for someone who believes every child deserves to feel safe, included, and successful. You'll work alongside experienced educators to help children participate in activities, build friendships, develop confidence, and navigate challenges in a supportive environment. Schedule This position requires availability all five days each week and follows the public school calendar (including school vacations, holidays, and scheduled closures).

$28.00 per hour What You'll Do Provide one-on-one and small-group support to children with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs. Help children participate successfully in games, crafts, outdoor play, homework, and daily routines. Support emotional regulation using calm, proactive strategies. Recognize signs of sensory overload and help children use appropriate coping tools. Build trusting relationships that encourage confidence and independence. Collaborate closely with teachers, program leadership, and families. Follow individualized support plans while maintaining a safe, positive environment. Celebrate each child's progress and successes.
