ABA Behavior Tech Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavior Tech to join our team at Champions
ABA - MA
in Hyannis, MA. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children and adolescents with autism and related disorders. Responsibilities:
Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services to clients with autism and related disorders, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and objectives Conduct assessments, data collection, and progress monitoring to evaluate treatment effectiveness Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, education, human services) Completion of a minimum of 12 credits in ABA courses or relevant coursework Prior experience working with individuals with autism and related disorders (no experience required, but willingness to learn and grow is essential) Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and organizational skills Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends (part-time schedule)
