Behavior Technician Join our team at New Patterns ABA - MA and discover the difference you can make in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) As a Behavior Technician at New Patterns ABA - MA, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Our team is dedicated to empowering individuals with ASD to reach their full potential, and we are seeking a motivated and compassionate professional to join our mission.
Responsibilities:
Implement evidence-based ABA therapy plans to support individuals with ASD in achieving their goals Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized treatment plans Collect and record data to track progress and inform treatment decisions Maintain accurate and timely records of treatment sessions and progress Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency and coordination of care Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing circumstances and client needs About the
