Job Description
Are you a BCBA/LABA or are you anticipating your BCBA certification? Are you looking for an opportunity to create meaningful support for those living with Autism and/or Down Syndrome and their families? We'd love to meet you! Personalized, life changing ABA therapies are the focus at Reach Coastal ABA. An innovative environment, collaboration, and a manageable caseload will allow you to provide comprehensive ABA services dedicated to improving the communication, social, and adaptive living skills of those needing support to reach their fullest potential. Full-time salaried positions : Monday-Friday (with overall availability from 8:00 am-6:30pm). No weekend requirement! $80,000 - $105,000 per year plus a $3,000 Sign-on Bonus!!! Part-time hourly positions : Up to 10 hours weekly Monday- Friday. No weekend requirements! $75.00 per hour Responsibilities will include: Completion of initial assessments, reassessments, and patient progress reports in a timely manner Development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior support plans including the completion of functional assessments Development and monitoring of individualized treatment plans using Verbal Behavior, NET, DTT, and positive support strategies Electronic data collection system - implementation and updates as needed Provide Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) training, support, and supervision according to the BACB Supervision Standards for RBTs in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis Provide support and instruction to families, guardians, and caregivers regarding behavior management, and generalization of newly acquired skills
