As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in our team, working together with our compassionate and collaborative approach to deliver ABA therapy in a supportive and flexible environment. About the
Role:
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each client receives the most effective and efficient therapy possible. Your expertise will help us create personalized plans that address the unique needs of each individual, promoting meaningful progress and growth.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients Implement and oversee ABA therapy sessions in home and community-based settings Collaborate with our team to develop and adapt treatment plans as needed Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA and ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:
