This contract opportunity near Boston allows you to bring your ABA experience into an enriching, school-based environment. You'll work closely with students, educators, and BCBA supervisors to implement behavioral interventions and foster a positive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience providing ABA services, ideally within educational or pediatric settings Familiarity with individualized behavior intervention plans and data collection Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Patient, caring, and adaptable approach when working with students of varied backgrounds and needs

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA therapy in alignment with prescribed behavior plans Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions Track student progress and collect behavioral data on a daily basis Implement proactive strategies and interventions that support student independence and success Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive classroom environment Provide feedback to supervising clinicians and contribute to team meetings as needed Why this opportunity stands out: Work in a welcoming school where your expertise reduces barriers to learning and helps students thrive.
