About the
Role:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst , you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services to our clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Reporting to our Director of Clinical Services, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing training and support to families and caregivers.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD and related disabilities Provide ABA therapy services in-home and in-community settings, as assigned Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including family members, caregivers, and other professionals Develop and implement behavioral plans to meet individual client needs Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Board Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field (new graduates welcome to apply!) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability
