Job Description

Make a significant impact in the educational community as a contracted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! This full-time opportunity serves a respected district near Brockton, MA, with positions available for two passionate professionals. Your expertise will support students and staff as you deliver high-quality behavioral analysis services throughout the academic year, starting as soon as possible through June.
Desired Qualifications:
Current and valid Massachusetts BCBA License Experience working within a school environment (preferred) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities Dedication to supporting students with diverse needs, ranging from elementary through high school Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple cases Proficient in developing, monitoring, and evaluating behavior intervention plans
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill acquisition evaluations Design and implement individualized behavior intervention and support plans for students Provide direct and consultative services to staff and families Deliver professional development and training to school staff regarding positive behavioral strategies Oversee data collection processes, analyze outcomes, and adjust plans as necessary Collaborate with educational professionals and administrators to ensure student success Maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines In this role, you will be instrumental in helping students access their education and achieve meaningful progress.
