9661078-02301 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working with K-5th grade students, supporting their growth and success as a Registered Behavior Technician. This role, based near Brockton, MA, offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in an elementary school setting, collaborating with passionate educators and support staff. In this position, you'll work 30 hours per week across 5 days, focusing on an elementary caseload. The assignment begins in September 2026 and runs through June 2027. Qualifications:

Current and active Registered Behavior Technician certification is required. Preference for candidates licensed through DESE. Experience working with elementary-aged children is strongly valued. Strong communication skills, patience, and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral support to students in grades K-5, following individualized education plans and behavior intervention plans. Collect and record data consistently to monitor student progress and inform adjustment of strategies. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to create a supportive learning environment. Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of BCBA or designated supervisor. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of behavior plans as needed.
