Qualifications:
Must hold current BCBA certification valid in Massachusetts Demonstrated experience as a BCBA or Behavior Specialist in a school environment preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work full-time (37 hours/week), 5 days per week through contract end date
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop and implement treatment plans Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student progress Provide direct support, coaching, and training for school personnel Track data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed Advocate for best practices in behavior management
