As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. About the
Role:
As a Behavior Technician, you will work collaboratively with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes and community-based settings Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior Assisting with adapting and modifying therapy sessions to meet the needs of clients with varying abilities Maintaining a safe and clean therapy environment
Requirements:
0 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant coursework preferred Ability to work part-time schedule (approx. 20 hours per week) Passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills
