Job Description

Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to the next level by making a meaningful impact within a dynamic school environment. This full-time, onsite contract position places you at the heart of a supportive educational network, working across four schools to deliver high-quality behavioral consultation and autism support during the 2026-2027 academic year. In this role, you will: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Coach teachers and paraprofessionals on behavior intervention strategies to promote student success. Support classrooms serving students with autism, providing hands-on guidance and expertise. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address student and staff needs. Travel reliably between multiple school sites as required.
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification (a screenshot of your current certification must be submitted with your application). Strong preference for candidates with school-based BCBA and autism support experience. Demonstrated experience conducting FBAs, crafting BIPs, and providing staff coaching. Ability to work collaboratively with educators and other professionals to foster positive classroom environments. Must be able to pass a drug screen and complete required fingerprinting/CORI background checks. Dependable transportation to facilitate movement between assigned sites.
