Board Certified Behavior Analyst Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Dedham! We are a unified team of doctors and therapists , specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes: Grounded in an assent-based, individualized approach and supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists. Learn about our Whole-Child Model! Position Overview This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice. Clinical & Administrative Support Hybrid f lexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics BT Managers for performance and operational support BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing Learning & Advancement Internal CEUs and virtual trainings Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings Clinical ladder with progression from
BCBA I-IV
Growth into leadership , training, consultative, and operational roles
Benefits Continuing Education Stipend:
$2,000 annually
PTO:
Up to 22 days in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months 401(k)

Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month
Base Salary:
$81,700 and $102,200
Bonus:
$61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in human services or a related field required BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred Cortica is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
