This contract opportunity spans the academic year from September 2026 through June 2027, working with elementary-aged children (K5th grade) to foster positive growth and a supportive learning experience.

Qualifications:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure required DESE credentials necessary Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred Strong communication and collaborative skills Commitment to evidence-based interventions and data-driven decision making

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans for K5 students Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies Offer ongoing professional guidance and training to school personnel Monitor, evaluate, and adjust interventions to ensure student progress Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and district policies Serve as a resource for best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis within the educational community As part of this engaging role, expect to work 35-40 hours per week across 5 days, ensuring consistency and continuity of care for students.
