9683071-02030 Job Description Embark on a rewarding contract assignment providing essential behavioral support to elementary-aged students in an engaging school setting not far from Dover, MA. This opportunity calls for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of young learners while enjoying flexibility and robust professional support.
Qualifications:
Active and valid BCBA certification required Proven experience working with elementary-aged children preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to create and implement effective behavior intervention plans Passion for supporting students, educators, and families
Responsibilities:
Assess, design, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for elementary students Provide direct and consultative services to classroom staff, ensuring fidelity of interventions Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal outcomes Offer training and support to staff and families on best practices in behavior support Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create inclusive, positive learning environments Maintain timely and thorough documentation consistent with school and regulatory guidelines Enjoy a desirable work schedule, with options available for full-time or part-time positions to match your preferred hours. Your contract would begin as soon as possible and continue through June 2027. Expect highly competitive pay within the range of $45 to $55 per hour, provided through weekly direct deposits.
