9661078-02030 Job Description Exciting opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to make a meaningful impact in an elementary school environment near Dover, MA! This position begins in September 2026 and continues through June 2027, offering a steady weekday schedule of 30 hours per week (Monday through Friday). You'll play a vital role working with elementary students, helping design and implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a certified behavior analyst.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

Preferred:

Candidates licensed through DESE for added consideration Previous experience supporting K-5th grade or elementary-aged children is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with a variety of behavioral needs within the elementary caseload Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies Collect data and track student progress Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure consistency in behavioral supports Assist with social skills training and facilitate positive interactions among students
