RBTs in this role will implement ABA principles throughout the day, leading academic small groups, conducting discrete trial instruction sessions, supporting the development of social and emotional skills, and providing inclusion support. Attention to detail and data collection on student progress is crucial. The team includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts and special education staff who will offer guidance and support.
