Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-2:30

PM Location:

Framingham, MA Pay Rate:

Up to $28/hour , based on licensure and experience

Role Overview:

The Behavior Technician will provide 1:1 and/or classroom-based support to a student who exhibits elopement behaviors and other challenging behaviors throughout the school day. These behaviors may include swearing and, at times, physical aggression toward staff. The ideal candidate will be confident in behavior management strategies and comfortable working in a school setting.

Responsibilities May Include:

Supporting students with behavioral and emotional needs Implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Assisting with classroom transitions and safety Collaborating with teachers and school staff Collecting behavioral data as required If you have any questions or are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please feel free to contact me directly. Minimum Requirements:
