Job Description

Step into a pivotal role supporting elementary and middle school students in an educational setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with both Hemenway Elementary and Walsh Middle School. This contract opportunity offers a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week and an immediate start date. The initial contract runs through June 15, 2027, with the potential for extension should the role remain unfilled internallyoffering valuable continuity and prospects for future stability. Ideal candidates will be credentialed BCBAs with proven success in school-based environments. Your expertise will directly contribute to effective educational strategies and positive student outcomes within both substantially separate and inclusion settings.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification and valid license in Massachusetts Previous experience working in elementary and/or middle school settings Proven ability to collaborate with teachers and support teams in an onsite role School-based experience is a must Completion of CORI (in-person at districts main office) and fingerprinting required Eligible to work in Massachusetts (credentialed candidates prioritized)
