Job Description

A rewarding part-time contract opportunity is available for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students at an elementary site near Framingham, MA for the remainder of the 2025/2026 academic year. This position offers a flexible two-day-per-week schedule (MondayFriday) and focuses on providing behavioral consultation and intervention in a school environment.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification Experience supporting students with behavioral needs and implementing intervention strategies Public school experience is strongly preferred, but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and multidisciplinary teams Creative, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
Role Highlights:
Consult with school staff, providing direct support and expertise in behavioral interventions for approximately 29 students ranging from elementary (Grades 25) to middle school Update and oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in accordance with students IEPs Offer proactive behavioral strategies to classroom teams to promote positive learning environments Partner with special education staff and administration to ensure student success and provide ongoing consultation as classrooms evolve Focus on both direct intervention and empowering staff through guidance and support If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference and enjoy working collaboratively to enhance student outcomes, this position offers a dynamic and impactful way to use your expertise.
