Job Description

Make a difference in students lives by providing expert behavioral support at both the elementary and middle school levels. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity offers a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week and allows you to collaborate with dedicated educational professionals in a dynamic school environment. Starting as soon as possible and potentially extending through June 15, 2027with the possibility for further extensionthis role is ideal for those seeking both immediate impact and the chance for a longer-term assignment.
Key Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) status required; active license/certification in Massachusetts is essential Previous experience in a school-based setting is mandatory Expertise supporting both substantially separate and inclusion students, aligned with IEP service delivery models Ability to work onsite at school locations Willingness to complete the CORI process and fingerprinting, including in-person paperwork at the main district office Strong collaborative and consultative skills with school teams and staff
Role Highlights:
Provide direct support and consultation for elementary and middle school students, addressing diverse behavioral needs Serve both separate and inclusion classrooms, tailoring interventions per student IEPs Act as a resource for school staff and families, helping develop proactive strategies for student success Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor and report on progress Document interventions and contribute to progress reports and IEP meetings Make the most of this opportunity to influence positive change across multiple school sites.
