Job Description

Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary students as a behavioral support professional in an engaging school environment near Framingham, MA! This contract opportunity is available for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Paraprofessionals seeking either full-time (31 hours/week) or part-time (19 hours/week) schedules, with workdays running from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch). Positions are available for immediate start and run through June 17, 2027. In these roles, you'll provide vital support to students in grades K-6, including those with emotional impairments and/or autism. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1, small group, and classroom-based interventions in both inclusion and separate settings, equipping students with skills and strategies for success. You'll join a collaborative team across multiple elementary campuses, contributing your expertise to foster positive behavioral outcomes.
Key qualifications:
High school diploma required for paraprofessionals; active RBT certification for RBT candidates Proven school-based experience Experience delivering behavioral support or training required Safety care training preferred; RBT training and license a plus Comfortable providing support to students exhibiting challenging behaviors Ability to work onsite across designated school locations Successful completion of CORI and fingerprint background checks
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior support plans with fidelity Deliver 1:1 and small group behavioral interventions Assist classroom teachers in managing challenging behavior Collect and document behavioral data as needed Collaborate with school staff and team members Contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment This role provides the chance to work closely with students and educators, enhancing academic and social-emotional growth.
