In this full-time (35 hours per week) position, youll support, consult, and collaborate with educators for students in both substantially separate and inclusive environments from elementary through middle school. Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Active Massachusetts licensure/certification Prior school-based BCBA experience Must complete CORI and fingerprint requirements (in person at district office) Expertise supporting students in elementary and middle school settings
Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral support, consultation, and collaboration per IEP service delivery Serve both substantially separate and inclusion classrooms Uphold best practices for student development and staff training Foster partnerships with school teams to optimize learning outcomes
