Desired Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification Experience in public school settings is preferred but not required Track record of supporting students with behavioral needs and implementing effective interventions Excellent collaboration and communication skills Creative, compassionate, and team-oriented approach
Role Responsibilities:
Provide expert behavioral consultation to staff and students Update and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Coach classroom teams on intervention tactics and positive supports Partner with special education staff and administration to advance student success
