Key Responsibilities:

Develop, oversee, and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans Conduct behavioral assessments and participate in intake decisions Ensure accurate collection, analysis, and use of behavioral data Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to behavioral staff Collaborate effectively with IEP teams, treatment providers, and families Lead and supervise behavior staff, including hiring and onboarding Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards Offer on-call behavioral consultation and crisis support Build strong relationships with families and community stakeholders Evaluate program outcomes and suggest continuous improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred) BCaBA or BCBA certification highly recommended 3-5 years of relevant experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs Valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Strong knowledge of behavioral principles and data analysis Excellent communication, training, and relationship-building skills Organizational prowess and ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with regulatory standards and confidentiality policies
