Childwise ABA is now hiring Behavior Technicians with paid training! Childwise ABA provides top-tier ABA therapy, specializing in individualized treatment for children with autism. Our team of dedicated Behavior Technicians delivers evidence-based interventions that foster growth and independence. Collect and record data on patient behavior. Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively. Compensation and Schedule for Behavior Technician (BT): Pay range: $22 - $28 per hour Flexible Hours between 8 am to 8 pm 15-40 hours per week Skills and Qualifications for Behavior Technician (BT): Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Ability to manage behaviors effectively Experienced in working with kids Join our team of Behavior Technicians and make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities through compassionate care and effective behavioral interventions.
