Desired Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative BCBA services to middle school students (grades 7-8) and elementary students (PreK-6) Collaborate with school teams to build positive behavioral supports and monitor student progress Modify and implement individualized intervention plans based on ongoing assessment and data collection Offer training and practical guidance to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff Communicate effectively with families and school personnel to maximize student success This position offers adjustable hours to be coordinated: middle school runs from 7:15am-2:15pm and elementary from 8:15am-3:15pm, with flexibility to structure your schedule within these windows in partnership with the school.
