Job Description

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students and staff at two thriving school sites near Haverhill, MA. This role is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a consultative, coaching-focused position within an educational setting, working across PreK and elementary levels.
Key Qualifications:
Active MA BCBA credential required Demonstrated experience providing behavioral consultation in school environments Strong background in coaching and supporting staff on behavior intervention strategies Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload in a multi-site configuration Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
What Youll Do:
Serve as a behavioral consultant and coach for staff and stakeholders, focusing on best practices across PreK and elementary settings Support a caseload of approximately 65 students, devising and updating evidence-based behavioral plans Deliver in-person consultation at two distinct school locations, fostering collaboration and capacity building among education teams Guide, mentor, and empower teachers and staff through ongoing coaching, modeling interventions and monitoring implementation fidelity Collect and analyze behavior data, tailoring interventions and recommendations to meet students evolving needs Participate in team meetings and provide input for student progress tracking and program improvement
