This onsite role begins as soon as possible and extends through the 2026/2027 school year. Your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician will play a pivotal role in supporting students behavioral and academic growth. You will work directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized intervention plans and assisting school staff to foster a positive, productive learning atmosphere.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required Previous experience working with children or within a school setting preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans Capable of maintaining accurate documentation and data collection Ability to work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to students Collect, track, and report behavioral data in alignment with outlined goals Support the BCBA in the assessment and implementation of student behavior plans Facilitate the reinforcement of positive behavior strategies throughout the school day Assist in crisis prevention and intervention as necessary Maintain professionalism and confidentiality across all student interactions Take pride in shaping positive school experiences for students while advancing your career as an RBT in an engaging academic setting.
