  • RBT•Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Haverhill, MA An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to make a meaningful impact working 1:1 with an adolescent client in a school setting near Athens, GA.
This full-time contract role is ideal for an RBT who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to supporting students with significant behavioral needs.
Key Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Demonstrated experience supporting adolescents or adults who exhibit severe behaviors or aggression
  • Confidence using de-escalation strategies and safety protocols
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including credentialed supervisors
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA
  • Work closely, 1:1, with an adolescent client to address social, emotional, and behavioral goals during the school day
  • Consistently monitor, record, and report student progress and behavioral data
  • Apply crisis management and safety procedures as needed, using provided protective gear
  • Support the school's efforts to foster a positive, inclusive educational environment
  • Attend scheduled supervision meetings and participate in team collaboration
