9676624-01830 Job Description Step into a rewarding, short-term opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at a school near Haverhill, MA. This full-time contract position covers approximately six weeks, from the start of January through mid-February. As an RBT, you'll play an essential role in helping students develop positive behaviors, contributing to both their academic and personal growth.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings preferred Familiarity with implementing behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Ability to collect data accurately and maintain documentation Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising clinicians Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to promote positive behaviors Track progress through consistent data collection and documentation Use evidence-based strategies to help students achieve their goals Communicate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure continuity of care Support the overall school environment by modeling patience, empathy, and professionalism
