9611808-01040 Job Description Make an impact in the lives of students by supporting four school sites as a BCBA/Autism Specialist for the 20262027 academic year. This full-time, onsite role focuses on providing expert behavioral consultation, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborating closely with teachers and paraprofessionals to ensure a positive learning environment for students with autism.
Key Qualifications:
Current and active BCBA certification (submission of a screenshot required) Prior school-based BCBA or Autism Specialist experience highly preferred Demonstrated expertise in conducting FBAs and designing effective BIPs Proficiency in coaching and training teachers and paraprofessionals on behavior management strategies Experience supporting self-contained autism classrooms and working within multidisciplinary teams Ability to travel reliably between multiple sites (requires dependable transportation) Successful completion of a drug screen and fingerprint/CORI background check
Responsibilities:
