October 5, 2026 Amergis is partnering with a school district in Holyoke, MA, seeking three Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support behavioral programming across the district. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with school teams while supporting students through evidence-based behavioral interventions. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide behavioral consultation and direct support within assigned schools Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Coach and support staff in implementing behavior interventions Maintain behavioral data, documentation, and progress reports Travel between school sites as needed based on caseload distribution Caseload Approximately 25-30 students Consistent caseloads across all BCBA positions May require support across up to three school buildings Schedule Monday-Friday 35 hours per week Flexible school-based schedule Start times range from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM End times range from 2:30 PM to 3:30

PM Qualifications Required:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree

Preferred:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Minimum Requirements:
