Job Description

The person in this role is responsible for providing support to the teachers, parents/guardians,and students with a specific responsibility and focus on the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students. The primary role within this position is to service students on the assigned caseload, to conduct evaluations, participate in Team meetings, be an active participant in our Building Based Support Teams, and provide creative and thoughtful recommendations to aid in student success.
Position Objective:
The FLRSD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is caring, empathetic, compassionate, and committed to each student's success, while also demonstrating a proficient understanding of compliance with the DESE standards.The person in this role is responsible for providing support to the teachers, parents/guardians,and students with a specific responsibility and focus on the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.
