We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in Lawrence, MA . As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the guidance of our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other team members Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed Assist with training and supervision of new Behavior Technicians Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client data and progress About the
