9679560-01841 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students within an educational setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This is a full-time, onsite contract role beginning as soon as possible and extending through the 2026-2027 school year. You'll work closely with students and educators, providing impactful behavioral support and interventions that create lasting change.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in school or therapeutic environments Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and data collection Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both students and staff Ability to remain patient, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic school environment Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA interventions under the guidance of a BCBA or supervising clinician Implement individualized behavior support plans with fidelity Collect, record, and summarize data accurately to monitor student progress Collaborate with general/special education teams to support overall student success Participate in relevant meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom experience for all learners As a valued professional in this role, you'll help equip students with the skills they need to thrive.
