Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Prior experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings Understanding and application of ABA principles and data collection Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, clinicians, and families Positive, adaptable, and patient approach to supporting students needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral support and implement treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Assist students in developing life, social, and communication skills within classroom and alternative settings Collect and accurately document data on student progress and behavior interventions Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of strategies Adapt instructional approaches as guided, responding flexibly to unique student needs
