Job Description

Discover an enriching contract opportunity making a meaningful impact in the educational community as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Located just outside of Lowell, MA, this position services PreK and elementary students across two vibrant sites, fostering a consultative and coaching-based support model. Your insight and dedication will be valued as you collaborate with school staff to empower students and enhance their educational experiences through behavioral strategies. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Massachusetts BCBA credential required Previous experience supporting PreK and elementary-aged students preferred Demonstrated background in consultative and coaching roles is a plus Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide behavior consultation for approximately 65 students Engage with educators and support staff to model interventions and effective behavioral strategies Oversee and support implementation of behavior plans on a coaching-only basis Assist with data collection, progress monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of student needs Participate in team meetings and collaborative planning for individual student success Maintain consistent documentation and professional reporting Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including highly competitive compensation with weekly pay.
